Hello all! Last week I wrapped up a series called What does improv have to do with change management? In that series, I shared some of the lessons I’ve learned from improv class that have direct application to my work as a change management practitioner.
In that post, Series Summary: What does improv have to do with change management, I asked you to think about something you’ve done for fun that ended up informing your change management work. Recently my girlfriend suggested I consider this as well, specifically how my favorite sports hobby may be informing and influencing my change management work. Thanks for the great suggestion, Jill!
Closing thoughts
I’m going to take the rest of August to think and journal about this. During this time, I won’t be posting. Stay tuned, though, on September 3 I’ll be back with a brand new series titled What does pickleball have to do with change management!
Thank you for reading. Until September 2, take care and keep up the good work!
